COVID-19 Update
At this time, we are doing our part to help stop the spread of COVID-19. We are currently accepting animals by appointment only! Please call our office at 334-756-9377 to schedule an appointment for animal turn in's. We strongly recommend all residents with access to Animal Control, use those resources to pick up strays.
A mask will be required to enter our facility at this time; however, you may be asked to remain outside while the animal is being processed, due to very limited space in our intake area. Please understand your health as well as the health of our staff is of the utmost importance to us at this difficult time.
We are also in the process of doing some much needed maintenance and adding animal housing to our facility. We ask for your patience during our period of progress.
Unfortunately, with COVID-19 and construction we are unable to offer animals for adoption at this time. The staff is currently working diligently with rescues across the region to ensure our animals are being moved into the care of foster homes until they can find a fur-ever home. Our goal is to begin offering adoptions again on August 3, 2020. Please be aware this date may change depending on COVID-19 and our construction progress at that time.
