Our Mission is to find homes for pets and provide shelter to unwanted, or lost animals in Chambers County, Al. We provide programs designed to prevent overpopulation and animal cruelty and encourage responsible pet ownership through education and spay/neuter financial assistance.

VOLUNTEER
If you are an animal lover, volunteering can be so rewarding. Even if you only have an hour to spare, walking a dog will help get them exercise!

Take a dog for a day to the park, take a dog for a week or even a month, getting them out of the shelter and socialized can increase their chances of being adopted.
The Chattahoochee Humane Society is a 501(c)3 Organization.
Monetary donations are used to provide a spay/neuter program for our community and extras like, treats, medicines, and medical care for our animals.
In addition to monetary donations we gladly accept donations of towels, blankets, bath rugs, bleach, detergent, fabric softener, dish soap, Dog/Cat dry and canned food, and treats.
